Opening hours

Our house is open 24 hours a day.


The rooms are available from 3 pm. The arrival time of groups must be communicated to us about one week before the arrival day.


Check-out must be done by 11 am on the day of departure. Check-out after 10 a.m. could be charged for the following night.


Luggage can be placed in the free luggage room as long as there is space. However, we do not take any responsibility for the luggage.

Otherwise, there are also private lockers for rent.

Outside the door

Please note that the area in front of our building may only be used to stop cars and buses for loading and unloading.

General rules

You do not need to bring your own bedding. Sleeping bags are not allowed. Bed linen is included in the price. Eating in the rooms is prohibited. The consumption of food is allowed in the lounge. Bringing pets is not allowed. In principle, the use of multimedia devices is allowed if it does not disturb other guests and the neighborhood. As soon as the noise level in a room exceeds normal room volume, we take the devices and keep them under lock and key until departure.

We also ask you not to make noise in the house, courtyard and in front of the house and to be considerate of other guests and neighbors.

The escape balconies on the north facade on all floors are to be used only in case of fire. Otherwise, it is strictly forbidden to enter them. Violators may be immediately banned from the premises. The Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred.

Environmental protection/cleanliness

The consumption of water, energy (light, heating, electricity, hot water, etc.) should be as economical as possible. Rooms and objects used must be left tidy and clean.

Night rest

From 10 p.m. onwards, there must be a noise level in the rooms and corridors that allows other guests to sleep undisturbed. Staying in the lounge is permitted around the clock.
